Plumbing
Residential and Commercial Plumbing is normally is accomplished in two phases.
Phase 1 also know as the “roughing in” stage, involves, the breaking of walls to run pipe and is often done in new buildings. Whilst Phase 2, is the completion phase, hooking up sewer, hot and cold lines.
Residential Plumbing involves proper disposal of wastewater, including repair or installation for water drainage pipelines and sewers, water heaters, dishwashers, toilet, and faucet replacements.
The PML team has taken on many smaller tasks, such as issues which arise due to drain blockages, clogging, broken sewer lines, and low water pressure.
At the moment, the most common service, which is requested is the replacement of pipes which may serve the exterior and interior of an existing property. This is usually in homes, where the pipes were galvanized instead of PVC.
